In this video I talk about some of the decisions of what led us to pivot with our development as late in the cycle as we did, and why. I also talk about how important project management is and why, and talk a little about the project management tool we use, Psyberfire .

One of the tools we used for this project was a program called Army Builder by Lone Wolf Development. This tool was invaluable for paper prototyping out our changes by being able to rapidly prototype various constraints within the game its self.
